By completing this application, the participant agrees to comply with the rules and regulations stated below:

A fee of $2,845.00 plus sales tax will allow all participants to play Buffalo Creek & Manatee County Golf Courses on the dates listed above.

  • Includes Cart Fees, Green Fees & Small Bucket of Range Balls
    • Any additional range balls on day of play or other practice days will have additional fees applied.
  • Advanced tee time booking window of (14) days.
    • Tee times subject to availability and may be disrupted by events or advanced group bookings.

Terms & Conditions:

  • This program is non-transferable and non-refundable without exception.
  • Tee times can be made up to 14 days in advance. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or short groups may have their tee time privileges restricted or suspended.
  • Must check in golf shop prior to each round of golf and in advance of utilizing golf carts.
  • Participants who violate club rules or policies will have their privileges under this program suspended and/or terminated without refund.
  • Acceptance does not give participant equity privileges.
  • All inquiries regarding the program should be made to the General Manager of the golf course during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
  • Fusion Golf reserves the right to close any course for tournaments or maintenance at any time for any reason.
  • Additional time-sensitive discounts may be offered from time to time, at the sole discretion of the issuer.
